Tonight’s activity -
3.5 rounds of cardio intervals on the stairstepper (its amazing how different machines hit you in different ways) and then 30 minutes of walking. was gonna do mobility drills but I’m wiped due to PMS and just not sleeping well. I’ve been having really creepy dreams and am waking up and keeping myself up for a bit at night so I don’t go right back into the dream.
It is nice to see how the little bit of cardio is making a big difference overall. THere’s a long way to go tho…. baby steps baby steps baby steps
