Overall I was pretty happy with this workout. The Lunges are killer but they are getting better. I decided to do them at Bodyweight (BW) only since I seemed to have trouble with them on the last workout. There’s some weirdness in the lifting just because I have exercise dyslexia and got some stuff swapped from Wednesday’s workout and tonights workout.
