HELL Day 19

Today is another lifting day. My rear hasn’t recovered from wide stance dls and lunges on Friday. Weight this morning was 252.6.

I had a special warm up for today’s stuff – I had to remove a lizard from the apartment. This is just part and parcel of Texas Living.

Incline DB Flyes SS

Swiss Ball Crunches

(45 seconds of rest after each set)

Side Planks
3×15

15 minutes of aerobic activity at 55-65 MHR. – Made it all the way through my cardio. I decided that since it’s finally dropped below 85 in the evenings to take a nice walk.

This workout didn’t quite whip my ass as much as it once did!!!
