Not much done these days. I was off because of the knee thing. I ate around 2000 calories a day and I did another upper body on day 10 along some mobility stuff, but I can’t find the notebook I wrote it in (I think it’s in purgatory along with my missing Nano).
I did have my cheat day on day 11. That was a 2500 calorie day. R told me that he’d pay for my cheat day meals so we went to Carrabas where I enjoyed steak along with lots of carbs in the form of bread, spaghetti and vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and candied pecans. It was good but I felt pretty stuffed by the end of the meal.
