Wow! I love ginger, but have never seen anyone grow it. Inspiring! I plan to do some gardening this year, but I figure I will make lots of mistakes. First off, I am not used to Texan soil – it’s like clay! The stuff up north looks like coffee grounds in comparison. Secondly, I am out of practice. Even so, it’s so exciting to tuck wee little seeds into the grown and wait for them to sprout. ~Tui
