Don't Be a Picklebump

A few weeks ago, this guy started hanging out by my front door.

R and I dubbed him Junior. R thinks that he’s abandoned and Lori the apartment manager agrees, although she thinks he was dumped from the complex across the street. R felt sorry enough for him that we started him feeding him some of Simba’s good food (wet and dry) and there’s always a container of water between me and my next door neighbor.

Junior is a pretty good little kitty though- very friendly. Except when he wants to come in. Then he’ll sit outside my kitchen and meow like crazy.

Every once in awhile, I come out and he’s perched on the steps leading up to Lori’s apartment. Evidently he likes hanging out by her door too.

All he asks is that I don’t disturb his nap. When I do that, he gives me a go-to-hell look.
