I’m back in the saddle again. I’ve written two essays in almost as many days and I’m happy about it. I feel like I’m saying something meaningful again.
I also had a very weird experience here about a week ago. I dreamed a fiction story — complete with visuals and narration. It was so intense that I woke up, and after I peed, I took the time to type it into my iPhone. By the time I finished, I wished for an iPad so that I could have at least typed it a little more quickly and gotten back to sleep sooner. Interrupted sleep is not a habit I wish to cultivate. I need to start fleshing it out. I’m a little nervous because fiction is not my usual cup of tea when it comes to writing. I’m much more
Yesterday was my birthday so I spent the day making images and writing…. There’s been a lot of journaling this week and I can feel a profound shift in my soul as I move towards aligning my passions with my dreams. I don’t know where this next year of my life is going to take me, but it will be an interesting ride.
